JAIPUR: The family members of 25-year-old Raees Khan, who died in the police firing on Friday night, said that he was not involved in the protest and was heading for a party when a bullet hit his upper neck. The family has sought a compensation of Rs 1 crore along with a government job.
“He was dressing for a party across the street when I saw him last. I was later told by a relative that the entire Ramganj area was engulfed in violence. I became worried and called him several times, but he did not pick up my call,” said Hanif Khan, brother of the deceased Raees Khan.
